The construction is made with pre-formed walls that provide an R19 insulation rating. Green Crystal Technologies works closely with local builders and tradesmen to engage and support local businesses into every project and to minimize the construction and transportation costs.

Green Crystal Technologies’ Green Community houses will be built for less than $10,000. Each house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath and a carport. Houses are then sold for $35,000 - $45,000 to individuals, federal housing agencies or employers. Usually, houses are pre-sold even before the project begins.
Other designs include larger homes to serve the American and European markets.
